Assistant Profile

This file gives the assistant stable context about the person it is helping.

User Context

  • Who are you, in two or three lines? (Role, stage of life, what you build or work on.)
  • What do you want from a personal AI system? (e.g., "small, clear, easy to grow" vs. "comprehensive from day one".)
  • What should the assistant know about how you like systems to feel? (Practical vs. abstract, minimal vs. rich.)

Working Domains

List the areas where you most often want help, for example:

  • A professional field or two
  • Research, briefings, and writing
  • Personal projects and data workflows
  • Documents, spreadsheets, and presentation artifacts

Naming Guidance

  • If you want the assistant to use a name for itself or for you, state it here.
  • If a name is needed and none is given, the assistant should ask instead of assuming one.
